Our mission is simple: Look Good, Feel Good, Do Good.
With our activewear, we elevate performance and comfort, and extend that purpose beyond the gym by giving back to the community through charitable causes.
This mission is deeply personal.
Our founder, Jerome, comes from a healthcare background. As a nurse, his career has been built on compassion, service, and supporting people through some of their most challenging moments. That mindset, giving without expecting anything in return is woven into the identity of FISTPUMP.
While caring for others professionally, Jerome has also faced personal health challenges that reshaped his perspective. Experiencing periods of illness and discomfort gave him a deeper understanding of how health issues can quietly impact everyday life physically, mentally, and emotionally. Those experiences reinforced his belief that wellbeing goes far beyond appearances.
That belief became the foundation of FISTPUMP.
We created this brand to empower people to feel confident, capable, and strong while ensuring that every purchase contributes to something bigger than the product itself.
