Code of Fundraising Practice - 1 Nov 2025

At Work for Good, we’re committed to ensuring that our platform continues to meet the highest standards of transparency, trust, and compliance in charitable fundraising.

With the Fundraising Regulator’s new Code of Fundraising Practice coming into effect on 1 November 2025, we’ve updated our Terms and Conditions for the website, for businesses, and for charities to align with the Code’s expectations - particularly those relating to digital fundraising platforms.

To make these updates clear, we’ve published an itemised summary in the tables below showing each new or amended section of our Terms alongside the relevant Code reference.

Fee transparency is a key focus area of the new Code of Fundraising Practice for digital platforms. In line with this, we’ve included a section that outlines the fee disclosures already embedded in our platform - now formally aligned with the Code’s emphasis on openness, accountability, and clarity in digital fundraising.

Tipping is another key focus area in the new Code of Fundraising Practice. Tipping is not applicable to Work for Good.
