Reaching out to your supporters through your various channels and events can be highly effective in helping you widen your sales fundraiser supporter-base.

Use our many resources below as an opportunity to approach your range of networks whether that be your regular givers, volunteers, local businesses or trustees; to enable them to help provide you with valuable networking and new business opportunities.

Sales Giving Through Work For Good

This resource explains sales giving to business donor prospects, highlighting benefits for both the business and the charity, and Work for Good's role in enabling the model. You could use it when reaching out to businesses, during and after introductory partnership meetings, or at events or presentations.

A4 Poster Template

This resource is designed to help local businesses discover how they can fundraise for your charity through Work for Good. The goal is to guide them to your Work for Good fundraising page using the QR code on the poster. Once there, they simply click ‘Fundraise for Us’, register their business, and start fundraising for your charity.

Below is your link to a Canva poster template. If you don’t have a Canva account, you can sign up for free.
Next Steps:

  1. Open the poster templates – Click here.
    2. Select ‘Use Template for New Design’
    on Canva.
    3. Choose which of the two templates you want to use - or use both!
    4. Create your QR code
    - Find your charity fundraising page on Work for Good by searching for it [here](your search link).
    - Copy and paste your charity’s URL.
    - Generate a QR code using a free tool like [QR Code Monkey](your QR code tool link).
    - Download your QR code as a PNG and upload it to Canva, replacing the placeholder QR code.
    5. Remove the QR code instructions at the bottom of the poster.
    6. Edit the text to include your charity name.
    7. Upload your charity logo.
    8. Share and download the final design (Seek brand approval if required).
    9. Print the posters and place them in venues where local businesses can see.
