For your incoming sales fundraising enquiries

Whether you’re time-poor, restricted by minimum donation thresholds or concerned about start-ups; we’re here to make sales fundraising easy and to enable you to say “YES!” to your supporters, regardless of their size.

Here you’ll find two email template examples for you to use when responding to incoming sales fundraising enquiries.

To steward your supporters via your profile page, you can find your URL on your dashboard, via the ‘view your profile’ link.

Template 1 (shorter version):

Dear xx,

Thank you so much for getting in touch. We’re delighted to hear from you and very grateful that you’d like to support (INSERT CHARITY NAME) through your sales.

We would love to accept your kind offer of support and would ask you to pledge your donation through our Work for Good page here: (INSERT CHARITY PROFILE PAGE URL). This is a simple, easy and legal way for your business to fundraise for us through your sales in a way that works for you; so you can choose the amount and frequency of your support.

To support us through your sales, you must have a Commercial Participation Agreement set up, which is created through the Work for Good donations form. Once this agreement is in place, you'll be able to publicise your giving and share your support for (INSERT CHARITY NAME) in plain text; alongside the Work for Good logo.

Many thanks once again to (ENTER BUSINESS NAME) for your much-appreciated support.

With no minimum (or maximum!) donation amount, it enables flexible fundraising for you as a small business to give as you grow.
