Yorkshire Wildlife Park Foundation was created in 2012, when we helped rehome 13lions from a run-down zoo in Romania. Since, we have gone from strength-to-strength, working with carefully selected partners in conservation and animal welfare around the world. Our projects are co-produced with local communities, supporting, informing and educating about issues impacting their native species, conservation, welfare and climate change
