Our mission statement reads: "To prevent and resolve disputes between neighbours, within families and communities by providing advice, guidance and mediation services to people and organisations in West Sussex." We specialise in helping to resolve conflicts within families and between neighbours using skilled volunteer mediators. Most of our services are free. We do change lives for the better.

About us

Formed in 2000 - we have therefore celebrated our 20th birthday in 2020. From humble beginnings in Horsham alone, we are now a countywide service with 70 volunteer mediators. We achieved the Queen's Award for Voluntary Service in 2019 and were shortlisted in the National Mediation Awards in 2020. Conflicts can have a huge affect on health and wellbeing. Disputes can escalate if not resolved. Mediation does work. We have been extremely busy during the pandemic. Our resources are stretched but we continue to provide our services via video conferencing. Please help us survive. Our income has been seriously affected by Covid-19 and not being able to hold community fundraising events.
