About us
We are very proud to be a registered Charity and we are passionate about supporting, signposting, feeding, and clothing our homeless communities. As well as our outreach, we have a busy welfare and advocacy department. We run four vans, an excellent team of volunteer drivers, all of whom pick up donations of clothing and food. We currently have over 300 fantastic volunteers. All volunteers have enhanced DBS checks, are fully trained in safeguarding and professional boundaries. We have a clear set of food hygiene policies; our home cooks are registered with their councils and their kitchens have been inspected by their council and by Environmental Health. They are also qualified in food hygiene etc with level 1, 2 or 3 food hygiene certificates and allergens testing.
WUTH relies on the generosity of donors and is extremely grateful for any support that they receive. Did you know that a £15 donation
