A Solstice Meditation
The Winter Solstice, this Sunday 21 December, marks the longest night of the year and the astrological start of winter here in the Northern Hemisphere. Honoured by cultures around the world for thousands of years, it is a time of renewal, reflection, and introspection, a moment to pause, rest, and honour what has grown, what is fading, and the seeds of what is yet to come.
Whether, or however, you celebrate this time of year, all of us at TreeSisters wish you peace, love, and abundance this Yule, Solstice, and beyond.
As a treasured TreeSisters supporter, you have first access to our Seasonal Transition Meditations. A Love Letter to the Darkness guides you on a winter’s walk into the heart of the forest. Notice the soft glow of starlight through the branches and the gentle hush of ancient trees.
Guided by our incredible Full Moon facilitator and meditation teacher, Abi, let yourself be held by the deep, embracing quiet of winter’s dark.

Wishing you peace, presence, and connection with the rhythms of Nature.
Thank you for being part of this movement to restore, protect, and reimagine our living world.
Register now for Letter to the Earth: 21 January 2026
Join TreeSisters and Letters to the Earth for this free, New Year reflective gathering to explore our connection with the natural world.
On 21 January at 1pm GMT, Letters to the Earth co-founder Kay Michael will guide us in writing our own Letters to the Earth, a chance to bring your fears, frustrations and love, to process what is happening in the world and to imagine something better.
This is an opportunity to express what matters to you and give voice to Nature. Through this practice, we will come together in community to reflect, write and share, showing our collective care for the Earth as we step into the year ahead.
