The Kids Network supports London's vulnerable children at a crucial time in their lives, in the lead up to and often during the transition from primary into secondary school. We do this by training local heroes as volunteer mentors, to provide weekly 1:1 support out in the community.

Connecting Through Covid-19

Did you know that we are one of the only services still providing one-to-one support to vulnerable children through the pandemic! Since lockdown 1.0 we have delivered 1000s of mentoring sessions both online and out in the community. 93% of children felt happier at home through lockdown and more confident to return to school thanks to our mentors!

About us

The Kids Network supports children at a crucial time in their lives, in the lead up to and often during the transition from primary into secondary school. We do this by providing them with a volunteer mentor, a young professional from the local community.

Our model focuses on the individual needs of the child, building confidence and resilience and developing the tools to manage feelings for a positive future.

London is bursting with young professionals, millennials who want to give back in a meaningful way. We make this possible through mentoring.

£10 - ensures one weekly session for a vulnerable child

£30 - ensures one month of 4 weekly sessions for a child

£100 - means we can train 10 new mentors

£1100 - covers the entire cost for one child on our programme for one year.

Last year we found that 93% of children had increased wellbeing after their mentoring and 97% felt more confident! Any amount you donate to us goes directly to supporting London's children and truly changes lives.
