Rediscover Adventure This Summer at The Kepplewray Holiday Club!

Blow away those lockdown blues at our ever-popular Holiday Club this summer! Activities to keep the kids occupied for weeks, or for just a day include kayaking, canoeing, stand-up paddle boarding, ghyll scrambling and archery.

Costing £35 per day per child (*), why not send them all week?

The Kepplewray Holiday Club will run four days a week for six weeks starting 20^th July with social distancing and other safety measures in place.

About us

Housed in a large Victorian mansion on the edge of the historic town of Broughton-in-Furness, the Kepplewray Centre has 15 bedrooms accommodating over 70 guests in room of 1 to 14. As well as a large main lounge, a smaller second lounge, a reception lounge and a large dining room, we offer – a recreation room with pool table and table football, and a conservatory with a table tennis table.

All guests eat at the same time in the dining room and the well equipped kitchen serves delicious home cooked food at breakfast and dinner time and also provides the makings of packed lunches for groups out doing activities. Alternative arrangements for lunch can be accommodated as can special dietary needs at any time during a stay. There are hot and cold drinks available 24 hours a day.

The extensive back garden, which is fully accessible, has a pond and sunny seating areas amongst the flower beds, and is also used for several on-site activities including tree climbing, team challenges and archery. We also have a fully accessible abseiling ramp which enables everyone to experience the thrill of a controlled descent.

With nearly 30 years’ experience of providing adventure activities for groups of able bodied and disabled people of all ages, either on a residential basis or as a day visitor, The Kepplewray Centre offers an extensive range of great outdoor activities and training to school groups, special need groups, voluntary groups, church groups, families and businesses.
