About us

Smart Works Scotland is the Scottish extension of the charity Smart Works, a non-profit organisation. Since opening in 2014, we have provided over 2,000 unemployed women with free high-quality interview clothing and expert-led coaching services to help them to be successful in their upcoming job interview.

We have centres in Edinburgh and Glasgow and we are proud to say that 72% of our clients go on to get a job within one month of their appointment with us.
