Smallwood Primary PTA

Smallwood Primary School PTA aims to enhance the educational experience of all children at the school and build relationships between parents and staff. This is all to benefit the children enrolled there and the wider community. We do this by organising events and fundraising. Funds raised are used to purchase equipment and resources for use by children at Smallwood School.

About us

Welcome to Smallwood Primary School Parent Teacher Association. The PTA is a group of parent volunteers working alongside the school and teachers to benefit the school community and ensure the best educational experience for all its pupils.

Who is part of Smallwood PTA? Everyone! As a parent, carer, teacher or member of staff at Smallwood, you are automatically members of the Parent Teacher Association. We warmly welcome everyone and creating a school community is at the heart of all we do.

Classlist is an online parent/carer community. We use it at Smallwood so that parents can communicate with each other and keep up to date with PTA events at school.

What do we do? The PTA, along with teachers and parents, organises several events throughout the year. Money raised is used to benefit all the children at Smallwood. A Christmas Fair, Summer Fair, Movie and Disco Nights, Coffee Mornings and Second Hand Uniform sales.

How can you Get Involved? We value every contribution you make no matter how big or small. You can support us by coming to events, volunteering to help, become a class rep, organising events, coming to a PTA meeting, shopping online with Easyfundraising, donating a prize for the raffle, baking a cake, or sharing with us your ideas.
