Sea-Changers

We are a UK marine conservation charity, managed by a small team of volunteers who love the our seas, shores and wildlife. We give grants to UK charities and non-profits for marine conservation and research projects. ​ We work with businesses and individuals to raise funds via bespoke corporate partnerships, sponsored events and individual donations.

About us

We are a unique marine-based charity.

We believe that the best people to care for the UK’s coasts and seas are those who live, work and play there. Our grants enable local people to care for, and raise awareness of, the coastal environments they love. We raise funds through bespoke partnerships with businesses and through individual donations

We award grants of between £500 and £2500 twice a year through an open application process. Even a small amount of funding at a community level provides huge impact.

We also develop and fund larger marine conservation projects. Recent specialist funding streams have focussed on marine conservation through innovation, social projects and coastal water fountain installations.
