In Kind Direct distributes surplus consumer products donated by companies to charities where they are needed the most. Our warehouse is where we sort, prepare and pack donations that can be used by our charity partners.

Volunteers typically get involved in challenges that include sorting stock by type, age, or gender suitability; de-tagging, packing up clothing or crockery and other breakables. Your team will be given responsibility for managing how you approach the challenges and complete the tasks. Participants tell us that our warehouse challenge days are a strong team bonding experience, as well as a chance for team members to demonstrate leadership and improve organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.

A team of hardworking volunteers can make a huge difference to our ability to respond quickly and cost-effectively to our charities' needs! The volunteering takes place at our warehouse in Telford, Shropshire
