About us
We are a loss support charity. We primarily deal with child loss but believe that every loss counts and grief should not be hidden away and therefore we will be there for anyone who has suffered loss.
We believe that our 'HP Angel Cards' bring something new to the charity sector as no-one else offers grieving families cards to/from their lost loved ones free of charge (1st card, postage only if possible any extra cards). We currently send approximately 300 cards per year worldwide for special occasions such as Mother's/Father's Day, Easter and Christmas. In addition we send around 10-20 cards each month to help those who have an angel heavenly birthday/angelversary.
We actively work online to provide free graphics and support for all those struggling with loss on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram with the help of our amazing online team.
In our charity team's local areas we provide Memory (stillbirth & neo-natal death) and Early Loss (pre-24 weeks miscarriage) boxes to those who have had a recent loss through funeral homes. Memory Packs for pre-existing losses (anytime previous to 2023), Sibling Boxes for children who have recently lost a brother or sister and affordable keepsakes for all where we can.
We believe that loss can severely affect a person's mental health and in our current climate we feel that those who have suffered losses have been swept under the rug for many reasons including lack of understanding and fear of the unknown.
We aim to keep on working to raise awareness as a member of the Baby Loss Awareness Alliance and to give support to anyone who needs our help.
