Charity raising funds for the Florence Nightingale Hospice in Stoke Mandeville, Aylesbury, which serves the County of Buckinghamshire and it's borders. Our care broadly extends to, but not limited to, in-patient and at-home services to local families affected by life limiting illness. Our purpose is to make lives matter and provide specialist care for loved ones.
