About us
What We Do 1. Direct Support for People with Endometriosis
We provide:
Peer support groups (in-person and virtual)
Safe, inclusive spaces for gender-diverse individuals with endometriosis
Educational workshops on symptom management, navigating diagnosis, and treatment options
Signposting to specialist services, clinicians, and mental health support
Advocacy guidance for workplace and academic accommodations
Our approach is trauma-informed, research-informed, and rooted in lived experience.
- Education & Awareness
We deliver:
Community awareness events
Workplace education sessions
School and university talks
Myth-busting campaigns
Evidence-based digital resources
We work to reduce stigma, shorten diagnostic delay, and improve understanding of the complexity of endometriosis — including its impact on physical health, mental health, careers, and quality of life.
- Research & Advocacy
We actively contribute to and amplify research that centres:
Health-related quality of life
Ethnic and racial disparities
Gender-diverse experiences of endometriosis
Barriers within healthcare systems
We advocate for inclusive definitions, equitable care pathways, and improved clinician training. Our work ensures patient voices shape conversations about policy and practice.
Where We Work
We primarily serve communities across the South Coast of England, including:
Hampshire
West Sussex
Dorset
Surrounding coastal areas
However, our digital resources and online support groups extend our reach nationally.
How Your Donation Makes a Difference
Every contribution directly strengthens support, education, and advocacy for people living with endometriosis.

£100 funds a specialist-led educational workshop for patients.
£250 supports the delivery of an inclusive awareness session within a workplace or school.

Challenging inequity in care
Endometriosis South Coast is more than a support group. It is a platform for change — locally rooted, nationally relevant, and driven by the voices of those too often unheard.
