Dogs on the streets

Providing our rough sleeper community, domestic violence, mental health, medical support & any other vulnerable owner needs with pet dogs with free accessible vet care via our street ran vet practice plus all essentials for the dogs as well as housing /medical/rehabilitation/foster support & Advocacy. We also have a 4 acre kennel sanctuary where we can foster dogs belonging to owners in situations that needs immediate support & help so that they don't ever have to loose their dogs. Our frontline team and vet team including director of charity are SOUL -ly ran by Volunteers.

PHASE 1 OF OUR FOSTER SANCTUARY RENOVATION

PHASE 1 - VITAL WORK NEEDED FOR OUR SANCTUARY SEPTEMBER 2021

Due to the ever growing demand needs of our charity both on the streets and at our foster sanctuary and the many many dogs we take in on a weekly basis into our foster care, we feel the need to work on phase 1 of the renovation needed to be carried out on our new sanctuary we acquired just back in March 2021.

We really don't want to get to a point of ever having to turn a dog away that is in desperate need of our care due to their owners situation of homelessness, mental health needs, medical needs, rehab, domestic violence or any other vulnerable situation where support is needed for their pet dog.

We have on the sanctuary 3 very large separate outside areas of approx: 60ft x 20 ft that is fully over grown with nettles and tough weeding and rubble, uneven ground and cannot be used in a safe way for the dogs.

For us to correct these areas and gain 12 outside enrichment / fun /stimulation areas/runs for the dogs to enjoy we have been quoted a discount rate of £4250.00 to bring all 3 areas back to soil base.

This will give us far more outside space for the dogs to enjoy but sadly due to the Covid pandemic having a direct hit on our fundraising, and ironically doubling our intake numbers of dogs, we find ourselves having to reach out for financial support through various channels.

Any help given would be so appreciated by our wonderful fur-babies - with more space available to us for them will enable their time outside with the stimulation and fun they so deserve.
