About us
DNUK was founded in 2019 by Steve Wright and his wife Kim, Kim suffers from several medical ailments including Kidney failure. Kim, Steve and their team decided they would like to help others in a similar situation. In the time they have been open DNUK have sent several patients on respite breaks including 1 patient to Zimbabwe to visit her mothers resting place. However sending people on respite breaks can be very time consuming and expensive, which is why they are hoping to set up their own facility. This will help to bring costs down and reduce communication with many different organisations, reducing time taken to organize each break.
