DFN Project SEARCH transforms the lives of young people with learning disabilities and autism through access to work. These young people are amongst the most disadvantaged – 5.6% secure paid work compared to 80% for non-disabled. Our transition to work model challenges misconceptions and transforms workplace cultures. 60% of participants secure full-time paid work and choice to shape their futures.
