The parents we help are frightened and vulnerable. Family breakdown can destroy confidence and many people that we support, spiral into deep despair that is fuelled by isolation and loneliness. Every parent lost to suicide because of family breakdown is preventable.

About us

We provide support services to separated dads that are often experiencing depression, anxiety and even having suicidal thoughts. A high percentage of our dads are currently experiencing suicidal ideation. We provide 1 to 1 mentoring, support group meetings, mental health counselling, co-parenting programme, family liaison within schools, family court support and organised social activities for single parent families. This holistic, 360 degree approach means that we can support the most vulnerable people who need our help.
