CityWest Leisure has been established to provide opportunities for people to learn, participate and work in sport and leisure associated activities by advancing their education and providing facilities for recreation and other leisure time occupations and to assist a community to grow to full maturity as individuals and as members of society, and so that their lives may be improved.
