The brightest fun run for everyone

Calling all fun seekers, memory makers and smile creators, join us at Cornwall’s most colourful, family-friendly 5k fun run.

Rainbow Run is open to anyone aged 5 years old and over. You can run, skip, walk or jog with family, friends or work colleagues and be showered in powder paint at 8 different colour stations.

As well as making memories, you will be raising vital funds for Children’s Hospice South West. By taking part you’re pledging to raise £25 as an individual or £70 as a family. Last year our Rainbow runners raised over £114,000!

The ultimate coast path challenge

Incredible Hike is a fully guided 3 day challenge event where hikers take on 60 miles of the South West Coast Path. Every year, we tackle another 60 miles, walking to complete the South West Coast Path while raising money for babies, children and young people living with life-limiting conditions.
