Children on the Edge

Children on the Edge is a child rights organisation that works hand-in-hand with communities to support some of the world’s most marginalised children, in some of the toughest situations. We currently support Dalit children in India and work to create safe spaces for refugees in Lebanon, Bangladesh, Uganda and now Ukrainian refugees arriving into Moldova and Romania.

How we're responding to help Ukrainian refugees

Children on the Edge is responding right now, helping families arriving into Moldova and Romania. We have facilities near the Ukrainian border in Chișinău, Moldova and in Siret, Romania; providing a safe place to stay, hot water, food and facilities for families to wash and dry clothes. There is help for families and children to plan their onward journeys and to have psychosocial support as they deal with so much trauma.
