About us

Caudwell Children is a small national charity with our head office based in the West Midlands. We are the second largest provider of equipment to disabled children in the UK.

We deliver a range of services and support to children and families who otherwise simply couldn’t afford it. This includes our Family Support services, our new Autism Service, treatments and therapy for certain conditions, supported activities and breaks and the provision of specialised disability equipment.

We have supported over 50,000 disabled children and families across the UK over the last 20 years. Our families say: “He loved it, he has never clapped before but he did as he seen others clapping. He wouldn't normally be interested in leaving the house for anything but because he enjoyed the Circus so much we made a whole day of it and went to the park afterwards too.”

The children we work with require specialist equipment and need tailored toys to support them, we work with children with over 400 disabilities and specialise in the diagnosis and treatment of children with neuro diverse conditions.

We are currently trying to raise funds for our sensory packs which are given out and not only help with the development of the child but also create long lasting impact for the whole family.

Rather than having to buy the packs yourself we do all the hard work for you, we use your donations to buy the items and label them up when we give them to children.

I have included a price list of the items your team could buy.

£5 will provide scented Bubbles. £10 will provide a fibre optic lamp for a family. £20 will provide a space blanket and Spikey Domes £30 will provide a weighted Cushion £120 will provide a full sensory pack with 9 items including the above and massager, liquid cell timer, Massage bug and sisal brush.
