Sponsor a Snowflake

We have just launched our Sponsor a Snowflake appeal where businesses are donating £500, £1,000 and £2,000 and having their logo featured on their own snowflake on our real life Christmas-Tree in our Family Support Centre for all our families and visitors to see. We will also be featuring businesses on a special page on our website and saying thank you on social media, which will be in front of our 10,000 Facebook/Meta followers and over 1,600 followers on LinkedIn. Candlelighters Christmas Raffle

We have launched our Christmas Raffle with a top prize of VIP hospitality at Leeds Rhinos for 10 worth over £2,500 and another 4 great prizes too. About us

Each year, over 150 children in Yorkshire are diagnosed with cancer. When a child is diagnosed, lives are turned upside down instantly: not just for the child but the entire family. Getting well again can be a long and challenging journey, emotionally, physically, and financially. Supporting children and families throughout that journey is why our charity, Candlelighters, was formed more than 40 years ago. Our mission is to bring light to every family affected by childhood cancer across Yorkshire by providing emotional, practical and financial support, as well as bringing hope, by investing in vital research to improve the outcomes and lives of children with cancer.
