About us

Award winning charity BulliesOut, founded in 2006, is one of the UK’s only charities dedicated to bullying. Our work is delivered across the UK and each year we work with over 7500 children and young people and 1500 adults.

Raising aspirations, encouraging empathy, respect and responsibility are crucial. We integrate practical, interactive activities into our workshops and training programmes as we find them to be a powerful component that helps engage young people and foster a safe, caring and respectful learning environment. These activities challenge attitudes, encourage debate and discussion, provide young people with empathy, insights into their behaviour and problem-solving strategies, as well as building a positive teamwork and community ethos.

Young people have so much potential and if given the chance, can create real change and impact in our schools and communities. The next generation are the future workforce of Great Britain. They will become our future leaders and decision makers and if we are to create a more inclusive, non-judgemental and caring society in the future, we need to inspire and embed those values in young people now. By building the positive self-image required to maintain well-being and personal resilience, we can empower and inspire young people to realise their true potential as leaders and role models and this can have a positive impact on their future education and/or employment choices.
