Metta Movement is a small Pilates reformer Studio in South East London.
Metta Movement provides comprehensive wellness support by combining physical Pilates training with mental health benefits through our loving-kindness philosophy and community-focused approach.
Our small group sessions (max 4 participants) create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients build physical strength, flexibility, and mobility while simultaneously reducing stress, anxiety, and improving mood through mindful movement and breathwork.
With 80% of our clients having specific health conditions, we specialise in modified instruction that rebuilds both physical confidence and mental resilience, fostering a supportive community where long-term members experience not just improved core strength and mobility, but also enhanced self-esteem, stress relief, and a sense of belonging that supports overall mental wellbeing.
Teresa Wall, Founder of Metta Movement understands that mental health is just as important as physical health.
