I've been running businesses for over 10 years and have been solely focused on the P&L and the work. I was searching for ways for the business to do more than simple provide a service to the clients and make money. I want it to be a great place to work and to contribute to society in as many ways as a small agency can. A good friend of mine has been a member of work for good since she started her business. When I saw her post about her donation, it inspired me to join.
