About us
Amja Unabashedly is where love, art and inspiration empower people who have experienced domestic abuse and other trauma to reclaim their joy and freedom in the form original art, fine art prints, apparel, homeware and well-being workshops which I have created with messages of loving kindness to be shared with self and those around us.
While unpicking the themes that envelope domestic abuse I made a commitment to myself that I would give back to those who helped me reclaim my joy and ultimately my freedom. Woman's Trust Charity was and still are an integral part of my healing journey. During one of the group therapy session with the charity, the facilitator spoke about the importance of self-compassion. The narrative was the catalyst to my original quote "Self-love is the precursor to your greatest love." and the art piece and collection "A Heart To Hold".
My mission is to use love, and creative expression to advocate for change, and provide the world with art, lifestyle products and training with empowering messages so that people impacted by domestic abuse and other trauma can feel loved and empowered to move from simply surviving to inspired growth that enables them to thrive endlessly, or simply put "Let Art Be Your Becoming".
