Sunday's Christmas open day at the city pound

Sunday's Christmas open day at the city pound

Lots of children came which is great because they get to learn about interacting with dogs properly and their parents also learn that street dogs aren't vermin and don't want to eat their children.

All in all, a fantastic day was had by all. All the dogs were walked at least once, all of them had their photos taken to help with rehoming, all got lots of fuss and treats donated by you all as well as a local NGO.

Various local NGO volunteers, as well as lone rescuers attended. A total of 400 euros was raised towards food and additional veterinary care that the pound does not have budget for.

Adoptdont shop was very much promoted on the day.

Huge thanks to everyone who attended, those that donated, JKP "Mediana" Niš for opening their doors and of course our fab photographer @Zlatko
