The Trust oversees and coordinates Community Projects that are run locally by local people to make the community a safer and happier place. Example projects: Street Angels, Community Angels, Youth Angels and Safe Haven. These projects all work closely with our local councils, North Yorkshire Police and other local groups/projects. The Trust also runs a local church in Scarborough.

About us

The Kingdom Faith Yorkshire Trust operates in Scarborough and North Yorkshire. Our Angels projects are well recognised and we have received funding from BBC Children in Need, North Yorkshire County Council, Scarborough Borough Council, North Yorkshire Police and Yorkshire Coast Homes. The Angels projects work by enabling local volunteers, from all backgrounds to make a positive difference in their community. We are very happy if you wish to make people aware that you are part of enabling these well known and popular community projects. We are not a huge charity, your contribution makes a very real and positive difference.

You are very welcome to specify which project you would like to support, other Community Projects are detailed on our website, such as Friday Club for primary school children, Little Builders working with parents and young children, or Cavern Club working to bring lonely people back into contact with people asking new friends.

All our projects are working with people in an area that is statistically shown to be disadvantaged and offer real hope and support.

The Kingdom Faith Yorkshire Trust also runs a Christian Church in Scarborough called Kingdom Faith Church, but unless you specify differently all donations will go towards the local charitable work that works with people of all faiths and none. Your donation will not go towards the work of the church. The Angels projects do not proselytise.
