#TheRefugeeTeam Takes on the London Marathon

The BBC seemed almost as excited as we were about #theRefugeeTeam in the 2021 London Marathon! Our fantastic runners Omid, Anas, Babaker, Yekeni, Frankie and Joseph ran in London, Germany and Greece creating a European Virtual Team of international proportions! Pictured: Omid on live TV marathon day coverage interviewed by presenter Jeanette Kwakye. He went on to complete the iconic 26.2 mile London circuit in 4.5 hours whilst our other runners ran their virtual challenge the same day.
