The charity also works with vulnerable communities in the UK, such as refugees and asylum seekers. In 5 years of operation, we have helped over 2 million people in desperate need, sending £16.5m worth of goods to 20 countries worldwide.

SOS for Refugees in Greece

We are in desperate need of shoes and funding to send shoes to a refugee camp in Greece where 350 refugees are struggling as temperatures struggle plummet this winter. They have also requested tents, sleeping bags and blankets as they are expecting a further 3000 refugees to be moved from the Greek islands to mainland Greece. We would appreciate any support you can offer.

Charity's appeal for new home... answered!

Our appeal for a new home has been answered! We've recently moved into a new facility in Borehamwood. We would love you to come to visit us and maybe even join in with a sorting and packing session if your offices are nearby.

About us

Each truck of aid we send costs, on average, £5,000. The value of the goods on the truck, though, will be worth a minimum of £75,000. That means, for every pound that is donated, we are able to multiply it by 15. £10 will send at least £150 worth of goods!

Goods For Good is a growing, UK registered charity that delivers overstocked goods donated by British industry and second hand goods donated by the local community to refugees and vulnerable communities around the world. We work with over 80 companies, such as NIKE, NEXT, HUNTER BOOTS, COMFY QUILTS, UNIQLO, and HARRODS to save their overstocked goods from going to landfill or being incinerated. We have delivered to over 20 countries around the world, including Moldova, Ukraine, Northern Iraq and South Sudan in the last year. Our Founder and CEO, Rosalind Bluestone, founded the charity five years ago, and we have been a registered charity since 2016. In that time, we have sent over £16.5 million worth of humanitarian aid to those in desperate need.

Our second-hand goods are taken into our facility in Borehamwood, north-west London, and sorted and packed by local volunteers on a weekly basis. These goods are distributed to local charities helping the homeless, asylum seekers, refugees, victims of domestic abuse, and other vulnerable people, to help them support their clients, as well as being sent overseas to those in need.
